Thanks!
I’m confused
I want to do callisthenics, but it would my first time, I search up on YouTube and it just shows complicated things and I don’t know if they are for first timers, any help for my beginner brain?

All that calisthenics is is a fancy term for body weight exercises

All those fancy moves are highly advanced, you can literally start with push ups, pull ups, dips, pike push ups, etc.
How much can i expect?
At the Moment what i got for workouts is 1. A 2 8kg dumbell , 2 10kg dumbell 2. A pullup bar 3. Resistence tubes.... now from all these stuff if i do non-equipment workouts and use the equipment i have to do workouts what physique can i expect from a range of 1-10 ?

If you want bigger legs though, maybe consider doing some squatting in the gym. You might also possibly have to get heavier dumbbells when you get stronger
I can finally do 5 decent Pull-ups Consecutively!
My name is Joshua, and I am 14. I have always been able to do push-ups, but was always incredibly impressed by slightly harder body weight exercises like pull ups and handstands, but didn’t ever think of ever being able to do them That was before I came across this video by Cobrasthenics: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qdR0lwDx9hY I was inspired. Immediately after watching it I created my first workout plan, and I trained every day at least a little. A few months later, I got a proper pull-up bar and dips bar, plus some resistance bands. I then created push and pull workouts, which I tried to do as much as possible. At first, I could do no pull ups, and stuck solely to negatives and band assisted. As time passed, I became better at these, and one day I managed to do my first pull-up! After this, things felt as if they had slowed down. For a multiple weeks, there were no improvements. On one particular session, not too long ago, I became extremely frustrated, as I was struggling to do my band assisted pull-ups, and actually had to switch to a stronger band. This was my lowest point, and I almost felt like all that time training was wasted. About a week after that though, things started looking up. I stayed consistent and, surprise surprise, managed to do 2 consecutive pull-ups! 2 weeks after that (today), I managed to do 5 whole consecutive pull-ups! The moral of this is that even if you are making microscopic, unseeable progress (or maybe even none), you must always keep pushing. No matter what level you are on (high or low), you can always improve. You might just surprise yourself!
