I have always thought that doing pull ups on other things than my bar was easier and this wasnāt placebo, if you feel like your bar is slippy then simply wiping it helped me, because it removed hand sweat
I just did my first Pistol Squat consecutively on both legs. What do you do after unlocking your skill? Try to master it or move on to the next? I already mastered the Elbow Lever but Iām still bad at L-Sit and Pistol Squat.
@Lucas Torres im trying for the handstand, I am pretty bad but I occasionally get a five sec hold or so. Iām not really sure what the best way for kicking up but I suppose I should research it
