What exercises can i practically do to reduce fatty chest?

about pushups
At This Point i can do like 15 pushups in 1 set...and till 15 im totally worn out i barely reach 15. so i think will it be good4me to do knee-pushups to build more strenght and do more pushups or do 15 pushups for sets
How much can i expect?
At the Moment what i got for workouts is 1. A 2 8kg dumbell , 2 10kg dumbell 2. A pullup bar 3. Resistence tubes.... now from all these stuff if i do non-equipment workouts and use the equipment i have to do workouts what physique can i expect from a range of 1-10 ?

@Joshua C i think for legs using a bag with dumbells inside and doing squats and calf raise is enough lol so i dont worry about my legs.. the upper body is major concern for me
