Mantra for the year: Make More Offers!
Most of us aren't making enough offers. Fear of rejection is usually the culprit. I heard someone say the other day, " no one cares about you. They aren't watching you judging how many times you put an offer out there. " It's helpful to remember that. No one really cares. We need to get our offers out there as much as possible. At least a few times a week. The rejection is good. We should have a healthy dose of people saying no. That means we are making some moves. You'll realize that rejection really isn't that big of a deal.

The road to 1 mil a year as a Freedom Creator
Hereโ€™s my intention for the next two years. Build my Freedom Business that cashflows 100k/month. Many have done this. But with high stress, a sacrifice-all mentality, and no constraints. They make 100k in a month but spend 80 to get there. A Freedom Business profits at least 70%. A scale slave hires a big team thinking thatโ€™s the only way to scale. A Freedom Business is built on leverage. Built on a business model that allows for a lean team of self-managed leaders. Many have built million-dollar businesses doing shit they hate. A Freedom Creator understands they gotta do stuff they donโ€™t always enjoy but at their core is operating in their zone of genius doing work that lights them up. A Freedom Creator builds their Freedom Business to facilitate their calling and enjoys the max blessing of profit and fulfillment. Scale slaves obsess over their own problems. Freedom Creators understand they get what they want when they obsess over bringing freedom to other people. This is what Iโ€™m building and have a feeling many others resonate. The road of destiny is never a smooth one. I will have setbacks. I will have failures. I will reiterate along the way but the core principles will stay intact. Ultimately I will succeed even if it takes longer than two years by simply not giving up. And I'm committed to having loads of fun along the way. The best part is Iโ€™m no trailblazer. Thankfully others have gone before me to accomplish these types of freedom businesses. They have paved the way and shown me itโ€™s possible. I look forward to paying them lots of money to show me the sauce. I look forward to including you guys on the journey so you can build your Freedom Business and enjoy life abundantly by setting others free. Let's get after it.

I am with @Melvin Williams ! Let's go!
Quit lying to yourself
Rip the bandaid off. Telling yourself its ok and "it's not that bad" is not serving you. It's like someone that's overweight and unhealthy looking in the mirror and saying "oh you're fine it's not that bad." Lowering your standards so you feel better about yourself is a sure way to end up in cycles of depression and failure. This doesn't mean you should be ashamed of yourself but you should be honest. You've got way more potential. If you aren't progressing in your business stop trying to protect your ego. Stop trying to do it all on your own. Get some damn help. And stop doing the same shit every day. You've got to do new activities to get new results. It all starts with being honest with yourself though. It should hurt. Embrace the pain. If you've been lazy tell yourself the truth. If you've been watching to much social media and it's keeping you distracted be honest and cut that shit out. Don't be so soft on yourself. Business is a sport and you are an athlete. You've gotta challenge yourself massively if you are going to succeed. There's a reason the majority of businesses fail. They can't handle the uncertainty. They can't handle the truth. That's not you.

@Adam Luckey so true. Thanks for that.
20-50k/month business model overview
30 clients at $250/week= $30,000/month. For any type of coach or service provider. I always recommend the earlier you are the more hands on. Don't try to get to 30k/month selling a low ticket course or low ticket community. Low ticket like anything under $299/month. Why? Takes to long and you need a ton of customers. You need a large audience to make this happen quickly. And when running ads your cost to acquire a new client usually ranges from $400-$1200. So in order to make your money back within the first month you need to sell something higher priced and higher value. So that looks like 1-1 coaching or a full done for you service. Don't think about scalability. Plus the way I teach 1-1 coaching is more leveraged. So you can have 30 clients and still only have 10 hours of scheduled fulfillment each week. 1-1 coaching is higher value (perceived and actual). At this point your expenses are a VA roughly $1000/month. And running ads let's say around $4,000/month. And software (Skool and Go High Level) $200/month. Total expenses: $5,200/month Total revenue: $30,000 Profit: $24,800/month. You are now a top 1% earner. I'd probably hire a setter around 10k/month though to buy back some time so you could factor that in to expenses. SYSTEMS NEEDED TO GET HERE: 1. Authority Content Ecosystem. It starts with your message. You have a clear outcome you are leading people towards. An aspirational identity (WHO ) they want to become and aspirational lifestyle (WHAT) they want. You have a main unique mechanism you lead with to get people a specific result. You have short and long form content that sells people on YOU and your unique mechanism. 2.TRAFFIC If you go viral you won the jackpot. For the rest of us mere mortals our content doesn't drive massive traffic. So we use automation and paid ads to drive traffic into our content ecosystem. 3.CONVERSION PATH A strategic lead magnet is really all you need in the beginning in the form of a VSL. Host this in Skool.

I needed this! Fantastic post!
Power of Alignment
If any part of your business is out of alignment you will subconsciously sabotage your growth. Down to the clients you are working with, the way you are fulfilling your offer, your marketing and sales process. For example, back in 2023 I couldn't really get past consistent 50k/month. I realized my whole model and offer was out of alignment. I've since restructured and working my way back up. I'm keeping the story short but it was very scary to tear down what I've built over 5 years. The feeling of starting over and letting go of the security of the known in exchange for a possibly better business model was hard to deal with. But even though I'm making less money in the short term I 100% believe I made the right move. I work with better clients, I market in a way that's in alignment with my values, and the pieces of the puzzle are coming together. Now the foundations are established and I can build a 7 figure business based on The Free Life. If I would have continued down the old way I would have been rich and miserable. A good ol "scale slave." I am constantly learning and always excited to share what's working for me in this group. Do the deep work and reflect on how your model aligns.
