Rip the bandaid off.
Telling yourself its ok and "it's not that bad" is not serving you.
It's like someone that's overweight and unhealthy looking in the mirror and saying "oh you're fine it's not that bad."
Lowering your standards so you feel better about yourself is a sure way to end up in cycles of depression and failure.
This doesn't mean you should be ashamed of yourself but you should be honest.
You've got way more potential.
If you aren't progressing in your business stop trying to protect your ego. Stop trying to do it all on your own.
Get some damn help.
And stop doing the same shit every day.
You've got to do new activities to get new results.
It all starts with being honest with yourself though.
It should hurt.
Embrace the pain.
If you've been lazy tell yourself the truth.
If you've been watching to much social media and it's keeping you distracted be honest and cut that shit out.
Don't be so soft on yourself.
Business is a sport and you are an athlete.
You've gotta challenge yourself massively if you are going to succeed.
There's a reason the majority of businesses fail.
They can't handle the uncertainty.
They can't handle the truth.
That's not you.
