Hello everyone! I unfortunately must cancel the midday group coaching for today Feb 19. I just had the aura of a migraine set in and have limited vision. Usually symptoms subside after 4 hours or so. I'm stoked to be here, in community and to learn from Austin as a facilitator! Austin and I met on the mind-body coaching program last year, and he coached me over a number of months – so he knows all about who I am, what's important to me and what I've been moving through. For those I'm yet to meet: I'm Josephine, I have a huge lust for life, and a desire to keep growing, expanding and learning.
