Hello! I want to thank the three of you for your involvement in the first round of Somatic Surrender. I feel deeply honored to have been a part of your personal journey for the last 3 months. I will never have another first course and you three have made it a pleasure. We have tuned into our sensations and emotions, dove in deep on our values and purpose, envisioned our future selves, and learned how to process our stuckness to allow our future self to become a reality. There will not be any new content or skills labs for our final week. In the extra time, I invite you to reflect on previous modules and your own process of change throughout this course. Hello! I will be traveling back from Moab tomorrow day so skills lab will be cancelled in the afternoon. I will still be hosting the evening skills lab at the normal time, 7:00 EST. We will be working with internal resistance. I look forward to seeing you tomorrow evening!
