I'm stoked to be here, in community and to learn from Austin as a facilitator! Austin and I met on the mind-body coaching program last year, and he coached me over a number of months – so he knows all about who I am, what's important to me and what I've been moving through. For those I'm yet to meet: I'm Josephine, I have a huge lust for life, and a desire to keep growing, expanding and learning. I'm always in a course – or three – whether it's for professional or personal growth. I'm writing this from an island in Panama where I've been based for much of 2024. Looking forward to connecting!
