A few new (or new to me) items on this outfit. I've got my first off-white shirt with an ivory CT French cuff shirt. I've got some old-school cufflinks that are connected via a small chain to the double sided holders. Using my Friday rules regarding bringing down cost per wear on items. Have a great weekend, everyone! • Shirt — DS-048 (Charles Tyrwhitt): An ivory non-iron twill dress shirt in 2-ply cotton with French cuffs and a classic point collar. The slim cut delivers a clean silhouette while the soft hand and medium opacity provide all-day comfort without show-through—perfect for layering under a linen vest on video calls. • Undershirt — US-017 (True Classic): A carbon crew-neck undershirt in cotton-polyester blend that disappears beneath the ivory shirt. The darker tone prevents any shadow effect while providing a snug, comfortable base layer throughout the day. • Vest — VWC-004 (Perry Ellis): A natural linen herringbone business vest with five cream/bone buttons and a silver dual-direction rear buckle. Breathable and textured, this Spring/Summer piece adds visual interest and dimension while keeping the outfit cool for warmer June weather. • Slacks — SL-023 (Enzo Tovare): Navy suit slacks in Super 150 lightweight worsted wool with a slight sheen and flat-front design. The 1" cuff and low rise give a modern cut, while the breathable fabric makes these ideal for warm-weather business settings—sophisticated without the weight. • Tie — NT-050 (Paul Fredrick): A steel blue/gray silk tie with silver/white and gold/yellow scattered squares on a herringbone base, 3-fold construction, 4" width. The matte finish and subtle pattern add textural interest without competing with the linen vest—business formal with a modern touch. • Belt — B-012 (Wolksprong): A brown leather heavy-duty belt with light dots and a brass buckle. The warm leather tone bridges the light tan suede shoes while the brass metal coordinates with the gold tie accessories—rugged meets refined.

You make the outfit look good. Vests are super underrated
Fake luxury
My friend gave me this fake Rolex watch for free, so I bought a cheap leather strap on eBay. I know it’s a fake one but I don’t have the money for 300 dollar watch at the moment, so this will have to do for now. It goes a lot better with my suit and tie then my Garmin athletic watch👍❌❌ Do any of you gents think the leather strap is a little too big for the watch?

Of kids that is. The little brothers and sisters of my son’s friends are starting to find spouses. So the season of weddings has commenced. For a quarter of a century we have stayed friends with the parents of what once were our pre school era friends. Even my business partner and I met through this group (pic two after video). Grabbed my go to navy herringbone 1995 MTM suit, white shirt and two bar bow tie (that liked to move around on me ). Stuck with a classic white model 5 Seiko. It’s so exciting to catch up with all these young adults who have become very successful productive kids. Over a third are young Doctors and parents themselves.

Range day today. Took Chiefs daughter to learn to shoot. She did well just needs more practice to become efficient. It was hot.

@William Feldtmose you’re welcome
Las Vegas heat
Hey Gents, I have had to relocate to Las Vegas from the Tampa Bay Area. I’ve had to rethink my wardrobe drastically. Anyone in the Vegas area that can give this fresh Vegas ( what they call new people here) some pointers?
