Jobsite Pulse
Dawgs! Would love for you all to try out this app for your jobsite(s). It gives you live feedback on the health of your job based on a 10 question, bilingual survey designed to take less than 90 seconds. We then have 2 optional, open ended questions at the end asking what your biggest slowdown is and what the leadership should change. Click this link: https://jobsite-pulse.vercel.app/login -Create a Login -Create a project -click the QR Code button top right -Print and share the QR code -Collect your feedback! -Once you have a good amount of feedback, the bottom right of the dashboard has an AI Voice that will analyze your feedback and give you suggested actions. Would love to hear some feedback. Shout out to Marcus for teaching this Old Dawg new tricks!

Old Dawgs Takeover Yale!
Team - I wanted to share the video of the #olddawgs presentation at Yale University for The International Society for Emotional Intelligence! Feedback is always welcome. While the entire world is focused on AI, Old Dawgs know that EI will be the difference moving forward!! This presentation is on the Leadership Via Transparency exercise that we are going to be offering to all members beginning in September! I look forward to learning with y'all... Huge thank you to @Jeff Reilly and @Brent Darnell for joining me on this crazy journey!!! I realized on this trip that if we are ONLY hanging around with the LEAN construction crowd, then we are playing small ball!! We have work to do Old Dawgs. Let's goooooo! Built by those who do, and shared for those who will!

Glad to Be Here
I’m glad to be here. For those who don’t know me, I’m Jody Fitzgerald. I’ve spent 40+ years in construction as a superintendent, general superintendent, and project fixer on everything from residential to commercial, healthcare, multifamily, and military work. At this stage, I’m most interested in helping pass on what took a lifetime to learn the hard way. I believe construction does not have a knowledge problem. It has a knowledge transfer problem. There are a lot of us who learned through pressure, mistakes, long days, hard lessons, and people who took the time to show us the way. Now it’s our turn to do the same. Some of you may have seen my posts around Built, Not Forced.™ — The Field Leadership Standard for Construction. That work is really built around one idea: We need to develop field leaders on purpose, not just hope they survive long enough to figure it out. I’m here to listen, learn, share what I can, and be a resource wherever it helps. Looking forward to being part of the conversation.

Welcome!
Sunday Skool is Cool!
Today, we discussed Romans Road and how Christ can lead us down the narrow road leading to the Lord's Heavenly gates we are traveling on as God's soldiers. It's always awesome to huddle up with the Old Dawg Pack and talk about "the why" behind this movement we are fighting so hard to have our industry learn. Appreciate y'all and appreciate your dedication to making our world a better place to live and work. God bless!

Request for Webinar Speakers
I am putting on a summer webinar series with the South Carolina chapter of CMAA(Construciton Management Association of America). I would love for an Old Dawg to be a speaker at one of these webinars. If this sounds like something you are interested in, please let me know.
