Hey Old Dawgs, I’m getting ready to invite two other supers to our group from different companies that are local to me. I know there is some other Bay Area folks in the group. What would you think about having groups that could meet locally for coffee and Gemba walks?

Hey old Dawgs, I mentioned this in our last meeting. Let’s write a book. Together we have the wealth of knowledge to pass on and we can do it a book, we all can share ownership. Shares stores and leave an impact to the next generation. Here is my proposed outline for presenting the old dawg production plan in a book. Into to production systems and philosophy Leadership Visual management systems Tact planning 3 S methodology( sorry I’m a 3S guy, 5 seems redundant) Scrum Training for last planner Kaizen events Electronic tools and software Improving trade partner task flow Others ??
