Hiring a Youtube editor
If you've gone through the classroom training then you've probably seen this post about how to hire an editor: https://www.skool.com/content-academy/how-i-hire-my-video-editors-the-hiring-funnel The strategy is solid but instead of using www.tally.so I wanted my leads to go straight into Airtable. So, I built the same exact form in Airtable and posted the link in a FB group. I got about 15-20 leads so overall the strategy worked and I highly recommend it. I even built myself a nice interface to view and manage those leads. If you have any questions let me know!

@Shola Abidoye It's great right? how long have you been using it and what other systems do you use it for?

@Baslel Gebremichale I did not, but it could definitely be tweaked to score leads based on specified criteria, like price range, availability, timezone, etc.
Youtube Comment Autoreply with ChatGPT
I admit it. I was falling behind on replying to all my Youtube comments. I know that engagement is important to keep the YT gods happy but I just couldn't keep up. So, I built an automation with Make that helps me stay on track! 1. Watches for any new comments added to any video on my channel 2. Uses ChatGPT to write an appropriate response and logs it into a Google spreadsheet 3. Sends me an email, letting me know there's a new comment to moderate 4. I open the spreadsheet and approve/disapprove the AI written reply 5. Approved replies get auto-posted to Youtube! I have plans to expand this to IG, LinkedIn and other platforms. Check out the screenshot to see a part of the automation. Let me know if you have questions and I hope you found this helpful.

@Manisha Peddinti If I don’t like what the AI wrote, I have the ability to write my own reply, click a button and post it to YT. I haven’t had issues with AI and YT.

@Terry Hui I have not. What would that process look like and what would I be looking for exactly?
Want to script YouTube videos faster—without sounding robotic?
Here’s a 3-step format I use to help business owners turn content into clients: Step 1: Define one clear pain point. Be ultra-specific. Don’t say “grow your business.” Say “get more qualified leads without paid ads.” Specific problems attract serious viewers. Step 2: Deliver a tight solution. Keep it simple—2 or 3 key points max. Focus on action, not education overload. Viewers want clarity, not a lecture. Step 3: End with a clear CTA. One action only: → “Book a call” → “Download the guide” → “Watch this next” Don’t give options. Give direction. Bonus Tip: Use this same structure for every video. It saves time. It keeps your message consistent. It makes content creation feel effortless. You don’t need a scriptwriter or a production team. Just a process. This format helps you script faster, post consistently, and turn content into conversions.

So simple - love it. What do you think about using ChatGPT to help brainstorm the pain points and video ideas?
Does this look better?
I love working in Airtable but I don't like staring at tables all day so I built a slick looking dashboard that looks way more visually appealing and user friendly. What do you think? Do you prefer tables or custom branded layouts like this?

Help with multiple buttons - Airtable interface
I recently developed a Youtube comment moderator tool in Airtable. AI writes a reply and I have the option to Ignore the comment or post it to Youtube. In my interface, I have 2 buttons at the top right. But the 'Ignore' button is not sitting nicely next to the 'Post to YT' button. Instead, Airtable is giving me 3 little dots that I have to click on to show me the 'Ignore' button. Does anyone know how to make those 2 buttons sit next to each other on the same line? Thanks!
