Hiring a Youtube editor

If you've gone through the classroom training then you've probably seen this post about how to hire an editor:

The strategy is solid but instead of using www.tally.so I wanted my leads to go straight into Airtable.

So, I built the same exact form in Airtable and posted the link in a FB group.

I got about 15-20 leads so overall the strategy worked and I highly recommend it.

I even built myself a nice interface to view and manage those leads.
