Hey gang! Being new to cold email, I'm super cautious about messing something up. My new emails are still in the warm-up phase now, haven't sent anything yet. There's a TON of great content being provided to me, but some questions have come up. For those 'in the know', can you help me understand a few things? ... Daily Sending Volume Per Mailbox (Cold Emails): The ‘Cold Email Machine Next Steps’ Notion specifies that I should send no more than 30 emails per day (15 warm, 15 cold) …. If all the emails I have are cold, then, my maximum when starting is to work up to only 15 emails per day, per email account, correct? The ‘Cold Email Best Practices’ Notion highlights that "Outlook: No more than 10 emails per inbox per day" while "Gmail: No more than 30 emails per inbox per day". … Is the 30 emails per day for each email provider? Use of SpinTax: The ‘Cold Email Machine Next Steps’ Notion suggests the use SpinTax, but the ‘Cold Email Copywriting’ video in the Insider Method mini course says SpinTax is "Not Recommended" because "it does not help deliverability and can even hurt results if inferior words are used" (plus there's no way to track the data).
