My understanding is this: POI talks about places - businesses, parks, etc. GEO talks about locations - cities, towns, neighborhoods. They are used slightly differently in application, but mostly do the same thing - add geo relevance to your content.

Why do clients ever leave? Because for example if they spend $1500 on marketing and net $6000 every month why do they ever leave?
Marketing meaning what they spend total to make $6000 ($1500 in this case)

I want to have a minimum of 6x gross ROI or it isn't really worth it to me. So, even if $6,000 is the pure additional gross... Then I would be looking for and additional $9,000 return to break even. If it is on profit, I would not assume that you, the marketer, is responsible unless I saw that in numbers and it were irrefutable. I've never seen a profitable ROI for my business with ads. I've never seen a profitable ROI for my business with billboards. I've never seen a profitable ROI for magazine ads. I do my own marketing because I have not seen anyone capable of doing what I do.

Automated Google stack options
Do you know anyone yet that has used make.com /air table, etc to automate making Google stacks yet? Would love to just purchase a make.com template and connect it to my account. I know how to do the content creation and edit with my prompts, but haven't attempted Google property creation yet.

@Darrick Taylor I was able to get folders create, files created and renamed, and I was able to get GPT to do some content, but not at the full scale of something like staxio.

Personal Brand knowledge Pack
I'm attempting to pop a knowledge pack on my personal Brand and then want to see if I can duplicate it for my dad (realtor) as well after the fact. I have a small outline of things I'm intending to do, but would love any input or guidance from anyone whose done this before. For a little context, I will be doing an exact match (their name) .com site. I will also be building out socials, syndication network, and will work to make sure I have some press links as well. Like is said, I have a list of things I'll be doing, but very happy to get suggestions from others as well.

I just added 3 IMDb contributions for review. I created a JonathanFudge.com site to start some of this. I created a crunch base profile for both myself and my company. I need to be at a home computer (laptop ATM) to log into amazon and try to update my iMDb personal profile so that I can add photos and such for the links I added. Next big todo, I think, is to add schema stack for name.com website so that I can post all my same as information. I also want to make sure my site is clean and has content that makes sense and is consistent. Being my name is Fudge, I'd like to really pop for my name as well as for "Fudge", if possible. Would love to own that! Wish me luck
