Week 1 challenge: Something you used to love but haven’t done in a long time
Here is what I have done so far. A nice 2.6 mile (weighted with ~45 lbs) Ruck on Saturday along with a gnarly leg workout yesterday. The ruck is also something I have always enjoyed, but haven't made the time for lately. Let's see what everyone else has got going on, we can do this y'all!

Happy First Day of September!
Thank you all! I am so blessed and honored to have you all here. I can affectionately and affirmatively say that we are surrounded by some amazing men and I cannot wait to see what mountains you climb. Remember, we are all here to support one another, and that doesn't happen if we do not voice it. Also, get yourself a journal and start working through whatever challenge you choose, and I encourage you to do it multiple days throughout the week. For example, I am going to try and get out for a ruck at least twice this week. Looking forward to hearing more and connecting on Thursday!

Let's do it!! I went out for a ruck this weekend and it was a much needed, great challenge for me.
Disc Golf
Anyone here enjoy disc golf? Have been wanting to play with a group, there are some nice courses in San Antonio, and a local course at the Lockhart City Park. It's a great way to get out in Nature and connect!
