New Year Resolutions, Old Year Wins...
Many people start the New Year with resolutions. It makes for an easily identifiable "turning point." We also know, how long they typically last (not very). What are you aiming for in the New Year? & how will you stick with it thru 2026 (& beyond)? This is also a time to reflect on what worked in the "old" year. So what are your wins (big or small) for 2025?

2025 was a year of learning. Turned 60 had some health issues we decided we would retire in June of 2026. It certainly didn’t feel great but as I move forward I think I am way better prepared for what’s next. 2026 is about doing things that build me up, sustain me build connection or ((try to help or at least not make things worse for me my family and the broader. community). How? Billion dollar question. Simple answer is to take more time to pause and thing/feel before acting. @Iskra Petrova cant agree more that it all is a series of seasons or cycles

Hi I’m John from Canada’s west coast 60 years old and retiring in the summer to do some long term slow travel. Looking for ways to stay healthy building my body up after years of tearing it down through sport and stress (and less than ideal nutrition!)! Been meditating for a while now looking to learn more. Discovered @Jake Hill over at @Andre Uribe Longevity Kitchen. Thanks for this!
