How to get out of start-up mode
☝️The average agency owner who switches niches every 90 days spends roughly 240 out of 365 days in “ramp-up mode”. Learning a new market. Rebuilding the offer. Reworking the ads. Reworking automations. New clients to learn. New objections to figure out. New everything. And it you do the math… That leaves about 120 days of actual money-making activities… scattered across four separate starts that share nothing with each other. Not a recipe for success. ☝️Now compare that to the agency who picks one niche and sticks with it. (Even if it’s not the perfect one) By month three, he/she is closing sales because they’ve heard every objection the market has, and has the answer. By month six… The case studies start rolling in, and those case studies are closing the next round of sale with less effort. By month nine… $$$ Same talent. Same work ethic. Same hours. (Actually, the hours are a lot less when you’re dialed in) Have I made my case? Good, now I can share something to help you join the winning crowd. I’ve worked with over 400 agency owners… And there is a pattern every successful agency falls into… It’s not the niche. (I’ve seen people build to $30K/month in niches you’d laugh at.) It’s not a fancy funnel software. It’s not the pricing model. Eventually they all sell the same thing: A SYSTEM! Let me explain because a lot of people parrot that phrase and have no idea what they’re talking about. The agencies that win… The ones doing $20K, $30K, $50K/month with a small team or no team at all — they all do the same thing. They don’t sell “marketing services.” They don’t sell “Facebook ads.” They don’t sell their time. They sell, you guessed it… a system. From the client’s perspective, that’s everything. The client doesn’t care about funnel software, ad platforms, or how many hours you put in. They care that you have a system that produces a result they want. A machine they can plug into. That’s what makes your offer sexy. That’s what makes the sale easy.

The Person in the Mirror
AI is a mirror. Maybe a threat. Not a savior. It's a mirror. And like any mirror, it doesn't change what's there. It just shows it to you. So, what do you see? When you look at what AI reflects back about YOU... My guess is it's one of two things... 1) The "Amatuer Tool Chaser"... the person who gets knocked sideways every time a new tool or AI news drops. Their feed keeps them distracted ALL DAY. Comments and posts saying "have you seen this?" "Did you see what (insert model) just released?" They spend the week learning the feature, posting about the feature, building their whole identity around the feature. Then the next release hits. And they do it again. They're not building an agency. They're chasing their own reflection. The second kind is quieter. Harder to spot on social media. But impossible to replace in their market. They're deep in buyer psychology — obsessing over why their niche buys, stalls, and disappears. They're sharpening their offers — not because a new tool suggested it, but because they know what the market actually wants right now. They're diagnosing ad creative the way a doctor reads symptoms — pattern recognition built from reps, not prompts. They understand that the most expensive client is the one you lose at month three. These are not skills you download. They're skills you earn. And AI doesn't replace them. It amplifies them. That's the thing about mirrors. They don't build anything. They just multiply what's already there. Feed it expertise, it compounds. Feed it noise, it scales the noise. The amateurs are outsourcing their growth to every new release. The pros are using every new release to go deeper on what only they know. One group is getting sharper. The other is just getting louder. The mirror doesn't care which one you are. But you should. This Thursday, I'm doing a live workshop on one of the most practical skills you can own as an agency: How to Build a Small Library of Ads — In One Hour.

Part 4: Close the Sale
Most sales calls fall apart at the close. Not because your prospect doesn’t want it. But because you make the decision *harder*. Here’s what I mean: You’ve done an awesome demo|call. You’ve shifted their beliefs. They see the value. They want what you’re selling. And then you say… (like a chump) “So… what do you think?” And now they’re sitting there… Thinking about their credit card balance. Their spouse. Whether this is “the right time.” Translation: you just made them shift to their analytical brain! And now they’re gonna rely on logic to decide! And humans? We’re terrible at that. That’s why we stay stuck. So… Let me show you how to make the decision *easy*. It’s called the IVQ Formula. (Credit to my buddy, and skilled pro Frankie Fihn on this one) **I = Investment** Never say “cost” or “price.” It’s an investment. Because that’s what it’s called when they put money into something and get more back. “The investment to get started is $3,000.” See how that frames it differently? Then you immediately chase that phrase with… **V = Value** Don’t let that number sit there naked. Transition like a pro. “The investment is $3,000… which gets you a complete client-getting system that runs 24/7, bringing you qualified prospects on autopilot.” Now that number has context. It’s tied to the call. It’s the outcome they want. You nailed it! **Q = Qualifier** This is where you take the pressure OFF AND… Make them qualify themselves Here’s the psychology: Your offer can’t be a fit for everyone… That subtracts from its value. You’re gonna gain more confidence to close by stating who is NOT a fit… And they are gonna close themselves by protecting their own status… Something like this:

☝️They call it a breakthrough because it happens fast.
After a year of ups and downs it can really come down to to a couple words that need to get out in the right order… And that’s what happened with Robert. Robert just closed 6k in a day… Has ads that fill his pipeline in demand… And is getting a booked call almost everyday. Oh! And it’s costing him a whopping $50/day. But it’s easy to overlook his story as another testimonial, but I think that would be a mistake. Here’s why. Robert is like many of you… A bit of an “over-thinker” And while he trust in the MVP process, and witnessed others win with the exact same formula… He still had the “wait til it’s perfect” thing. I share this to help anyone who wants this to work, but you’re always in your own way. Be patient with yourself. It’s ok if it takes longer to get there. Just as long as you get there. As long as you’re doing the right things as consistently as possible, you’ll get there. But also, here’s an idea. If you just take a chance it could take weeks. I figured out how to fill my calendar with pre-sold clients years ago. And that’s formula is all sitting inside www.myagencymvp.com As always, your move. Sam P.S. Our Black Friday offer ends soon. It includes Agency MVP, a year of UpHex, and a bunch of goodies. Get it before it’s gone. https://mvpblackfriday.com https://mvpblackfriday.com
