Finishing a flip, debating what to do with a SFR rental after kicking out the tenants, 1 novation, 4 other deals closed and a possible 3rd flip in the wings. Analyzing a 27-unit with my friend (an MAI appraiser who owns/operates some multi-family) to determine if it's something I can take down, but don't really want to use so much of my own $ if possible.... So yeah... I've done some deals so far this year!

It's recently come to my attention that a lot of people don't realize that they can use their own IRAs in order to invest into real estate deals. Who has an IRA that wants to turn that into an apartment complex?
