A Small Personal Win
This week I took action on something I’ve been delaying for a while Nothing big on the outside But internally it felt different Less overthinking. More doing And I can see how even small shifts like that start to build momentum. Still early in my process… but it feels good to move again What’s one thing you’ve been putting off lately?

Years of not taking action till something is perfect. Realised that this need for perfection before action was holding me back Brought up so many untruths that we are fed from a childhood and education. So this week I committed to starting my book. And posting on my Instagram. I think it’s ok now to do a post that might not be the best thing ever- but has a place in my journey to help others ….so it might not be perfect but it’s as valid and as useful. Also if I write a book doesn’t mean this is the only book I will ever write. It will have its place no matter what. Everything doe not have to be perfect to be important and valid. Life is not about first second and third place. Being in the running means you took part and you lived. That is success, perfectly imperfect as it may be
Growth
Maybe growth does not require wearing linen in winter, speaking in riddles, or walking around barefoot as if arches are a philosophy. Maybe you can even raise your vibration in proper shoes. Maybe awakening is not looking serene in a field. Maybe it is dropping an old story, setting one boundary, and laughing at your own drama. And maybe spiritual growth is not becoming a person who says, "I have transcended and experienced ego death." Maybe it is quietly becoming harder to shame, less easy to manipulate, more peaceful in yourself, and increasingly unavailable for people and situations that do not serve you.

@John Castillejo I have started ti google 15 min meditation for however I wake up feeling. Also I find ones with the sound of the sea really really uplifting for me

choosing yourself living more intentionally - prioritising inner peace celebrating small victories finding joy in the present moment nurturing meaningful relationships - trusting the timing of your life releasing what no longer serves you - saying "no" without guilt building habits that energise you honouring your progress with gratitude stepping outside your comfort zone - leaning into the uncomfortable setting boundaries that protect your energy
What started your spiritual journey ?
My came from a saturation of anxiety after caring for someone and not being able to distinguish between my emotions and theirs as an end result of trying to understand and help them.
