Starting This Week With Less Pressure
I’ve been thinking a lot about how often we pressure ourselves to figure everything out before we even begin. I’ve done that too Waiting for clarity Waiting for confidence Waiting for the perfect moment. But this week I’m trying something different Starting before I feel fully ready Not forcing anything… just allowing myself to begin messy and learn along the way Because maybe clarity doesn’t come before action… maybe it comes from it. Curious… do you usually wait until you feel ready, or do you start anyway?

@Jenny Empire That’s true 👊 It really comes down to what we do with the time we have right now. Delaying just pushes everything further away.

@Babur Balos 100% 👊 Simple but real… it all comes down to taking action and staying consistent.
A Different Kind of Win This Week
I wanted to share something, not from a look what I did place… but more from a reflection. A few weeks ago, I started something new. I didn’t feel fully ready I didn’t have everything figured out And honestly, there was still some self doubt in the background. But instead of waiting for clarity… I moved anyway. I started building an ecom brand.Quietly, Learning as I go. And this week… I made my first sales. Nothing huge. But it felt different. Not just because of the result… But because I could see the shift in myself. Less hesitation Less overthinking More willingness to act. And around the same time, I also closed a deal with a client. Again… not from forcing it. But from showing up, having conversations, and being present It made me realize something, Sometimes the external results come after the internal shift. Not when everything is perfect… But when you stop holding yourself back Still learning. Still growing. But this felt like a meaningful step Curious… Have you ever noticed that when something shifts internally, things start to move externally too?
Self Trust Feels Quiet
Today I noticed something… Self trust doesn’t always feel loud or confident Sometimes it feels quiet. Like choosing not to over explain yourself Or not needing reassurance for a decision It’s subtle But it feels different Less noise More grounded I’m starting to understand that confidence doesn’t always look the way I thought it would Have you experienced that kind of quiet confidence before?

@The Happiness Blueprint Yes, exactly. That I know what I know feeling is a good way to describe it. It’s calm but solid at the same time.

It’s interesting how many of us are noticing that confidence feels quieter than we expected.
Energy Doesn’t Lie
Today I paid more attention to how I felt after certain interactions. And it was interesting… Some things looked fine on the surface, but internally, they didn’t feel aligned. I think sometimes we ignore those signals because we’re used to them. But the body usually knows before the mind catches up. I’m starting to trust that more. Not reacting immediately… but at least acknowledging it Do you usually listen to your energy… or push past it?

New Week Post
This Week I’m Practicing Self Trust in Small Ways I’ve realized that self trust isn’t built through big moments… It’s built in small decisions Speaking when you’d normally stay quiet Resting when you’d normally push Choosing yourself in subtle ways. This week I want to focus on those small moments Because maybe self trust isn’t something we suddenly have… Maybe it’s something we build daily Where in your life are you being invited to trust yourself more?

@Joi Rychelle I’m glad it helped as a reminder 🙏🏽 Sometimes we already know these things, we just need to come back to them.

@Lee Simmons That’s true. Taking care of ourselves first really does make everything else more sustainable. It’s easy to forget that when we’re focused on everything else.
