Need help with this finger case ( NORA ?)
30 Y O man Growing lump . I think about a NORA tumor as my first differential . Any other ideas.
Need help with this finger case ( NORA ?)
Bizarre parosteal osteochondromatous proliferation (BPOP)/Nora´s lesion. I think it's the most likely diagnosis. Other options may include parosteal osteosarcoma or CPDD, anyways I think they are less probable
What's about this LCL ?
What's about this LCL ? a cystic change , a tumor ? Thank you.

lateral collateral ligament-biceps femoris bursitis? I think it's the best option. Please upload the whole case on CM rads. Hugs !
NEED HELP WITH THIS WRIST CASE
65 YO lady with lump and pain in the dorsal aspect of her wrist . https://www.cmrad.com/cases/1684922044 Look like DCSS tear with dorsal intercarpal ligament sprain ? Any thoughts please ?

Complete tear of dorsal radioscaphocapitate ligament. Type IV scapholunate ligament (Smith, fibrocartilaginous central portion). Normal variant. I think dorsal and volar scapholunate ligaments are completed (axial view). Numerous proximal carpal subchondral cyst? relationship with instability? Mild tenosynovitis with sinovial proliferation near RSC tear.
Suprapatellar lesion
35 yo male with vague knee pain since 2 weeks. There is a suprapatellar lesion. Do you have an idea what could it be? Fluid with septa and thickened synovium? Hematoma? PDfs, T1W and T2W images are obtained. Additionally partially torn ACL was depicted.

I don´t know if you refer suprapatelar thickened sinovial lesion. In that case, probably it will be a sinovial suprapatelar plicae.https://radiopaedia.org/articles/synovial-plicae-knee. Please for other cases, upload the whole study on CM rads.
I need help with this finger case
40 YO lady . Fall on ulnar side of her hand 3 months ago . Elective pain at the 4th and 5th commissure. Is this true synovitis ? Could the trauma explain it ? I discribe it as a ulnar side ligament distorsion ? https://www.cmrad.com/cases/2090637866 Thank you in advance .

Hi, I suggest partial tear of ulnar collateral ligament of 5ºfinger MCP joint. Little bone marrow edema on attachment and even cortical disruption (like minimal avulsion on plain radiograph). Probable traumatic sinovitis on fifth 5º MCP joint.
