Breakfast check-in
2 T-Bone Steaks 6 eggs Still sitting at about 245 so done 8 pounds since we started. Definitely feel the difference in my energy and not being as hungry throughout the day but there are cravings that I have to fight through. Biggest thing for me is caffeine but doing ok with that.
