110 contributions to Income Without Burnout
A Thank You ā¤ļø
Thank you for being on this journey with me. Whether you’ve been here from day one or just joined, every comment, question, win, idea, and conversation helps shape what we’re building together. This isn’t a community where I simply teach. We’re building it together, one post, one workshop, and one conversation at a time. I notice the people who show up. I read your comments. I celebrate your wins. I learn from your questions. And I genuinely appreciate every one of you. One little favor… If you’ve been meaning to post, this is your sign. 😊 Share a win. Ask a question. Show us what you’re building. Tell us what you’re stuck on. Even one post can spark an idea or encouragement that helps someone else. Thank you for believing in this vision of building multiple income streams without burnout. I’m so glad you’re here. šŸ™šŸ»

Thank you for this space preventing burnout! I come here when I'm feeling too intense or too spent to take one more step forward. Then you and your group remind me to come at it differently. I'm on day 2 of a mindfulness streak. Today's insight told me to play more. Not everything is so serious :-)
Loan Approval šŸŽ‰ šŸŽŠ
I wanted to share a win with this community because I know many of us are building our businesses one step at a time. I was approved for a $1,000 loan through PARO, an organization that helps women entrepreneurs in Canada access funding when traditional financing can be difficult. The best part? $500 of this first loan is forgivable. I'll repay the remaining $500 with payments of about $60 a month for eight months. If all goes well, I can then apply for a $2,000 loan, with $1,000 of that also being forgivable. For me, this feels like a real breakthrough. At first, I was going to put the money toward a $3,000 landing page. Instead, I hired someone on Upwork to build me a simple landing page for just $200 CAD, and they did a fantastic job. That decision freed up the rest of the money for something even more valuable: buying back my time. Yesterday, I interviewed 4 virtual assistants in two hours! 🤯 I've hired one of them for a six-hour trial over the next two weeks, starting Monday. If we're a great fit, I'll keep them on long after this funding is gone. This feels like one of those small decisions that can create much bigger opportunities down the road. Sometimes growth isn't about working harder. It's about getting the right support so you can focus on the work that only you can do. Here's to first milestones—and many more to come. šŸš€

Score for last week
Weekly Execution Score: 54 % of planned commitments completed Your target is 80 percent. Planned vs Executed: Planned commitments: 13 Executed commitments: 7 Primary Execution Breakdown: Only complete this section if your score is under 80 percent. Choose ONE root cause: Focus drift One of my personal goals is coming together and just rocking my world. I love consciously planning fun with family each week. We went roller skating on Friday night and Saturday night to get everyone out of the house, and doing something memorable. The 8 year old started out in tears because it was hard. By Saturday night he was zipping around that rink so proud of himself. Just priceless. One of my other goals, not so much. I have tried to stay connected to building an Etsy shop and its just such a struggle. Currently I'm tuning in to spirit guides and intuition about what to do about building income without burning out.

šŸŽ‰ It's finally live! šŸŽ‰
I just uploaded my newest KDP journal, Letting Go: Inhale Courage, Exhale Fear, and I'm pretty excited about it. This journal has had an interesting journey. My original plan was to create another premium guided journal like my BREATHE journal. But as life, business, and priorities shifted, I decided to move forward with KDP rather than let it sit unfinished. Done is better than perfect. 😊 I have already identified one change I'll be making. The cover is beautiful, but because this journal doesn't have a belly band like my premium journals, the title is a little difficult to read in Amazon's thumbnail view. It looks great in person, but I want it to stand out more online, so I'll be updating the cover soon. Other than that, I'm really happy with how it turned out. This is exactly why I joined Sybil's community. We talk a lot about creating multiple streams of income without burning ourselves out, and this project is a good example of that for me. Instead of chasing perfection, I chose progress. I got the journal published and out into the world. A huge thank you to @Sybil Hall and @Donna Thornton , who have already offered to purchase a copy and leave a review. I appreciate the support more than you know. If you're interested in taking a look, here's the link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/1738675858?spcref=PRINT_LISTING And if you do purchase a copy, I'd be incredibly grateful for a review. Every review helps a new journal gain visibility. Thanks for letting me share this win with you all. ā¤ļø

šŸ“† Focused 12
Week 1: Focused 12 Monday Check-In šŸ’›
Before you jump into the week ahead, take a few minutes to reflect on the week behind you. Start with your execution score. How well did you follow through on the actions you planned? Then ask yourself: ✨ What's going well? ✨ What's challenging? ✨ What did you learn? ✨ What support do you need? 1. Accountability isn't about perfection. It's about awareness. 2. When we pause to reflect, we can make better decisions moving forward. 3. After your reflection, make any adjustments you'd like to the week ahead and recommit to your next steps. 4. Share your update in the comments, post a 90-second check-in, or join us live. One week at a time. One step at a time. 🌱 Drop your update below. We are here for all of it. šŸ’›
