Born on Monday. Nightbird. Night Owl.
This is a short take on stories about birth days and birth times. (Shout out to my Aries warrior saints). When you know your time of exiting the womb, metaphysicians say that tells you your Best Time of Day. Here's how to estimate your birth time, if you don't know for sure. (why this is important below) 🕰️ You have the most energy ⏰ You think more clearly and feel more "yourself" ⏲️ You begin revving up 2-3 or so hours before that time 🕰️ It takes 2-3 or so hours to wind down from that time Body-mind regulation is the often imperceptible foundation of harmony and inner peace. Healing artists who practice energy body-mind work often use metaphysical principles, that is, principles of the "unknown" or "unseen," to support optimal humanizing. Whether you use astrological information to decipher yourself or not, how you FEEL in moments of productivity is a clue. Feelings, when examined, allow awareness of deeper evidence of "whatever" your life is giving. They open you up to greater understanding and choosing. We all know people who are Nightbirds or Night Owls, Early risers, etc. There is nothing wrong with any time of birth, and nothing particularly right about it either. My goal is to align with circadian rhythms ~ up at dawn, down after sunset. My prayer/meditation times help with this calibration. However, being born on a Monday at 841PM, explains why I get a burst of energy around 530pm. This was very evident when workdays ended at 6pm. Getting to bed before midnight was a task. If I knew my "groove" back then, I'm sure I would have flowed a lot better. It took years to learn my personal rhythm. As you learn your rhythm, and manage the time spent with caregiving, caretaking, and people management, take time to reflect on your most effective day and night times. Birth time knowledge can be another way to maximize fleeting moments to serve you better. This peaceful vibration supported by: Pure Oil: Xiang mão, So.
