Quick pulse check today πŸ‘‡
On a scale from 1–10… where are you with AI right now? 1 = β€˜How do you spell ChatGPT again?’ 10 = β€˜AI is working for me so well, it feels like leverage’ Drop your number πŸ‘‡ (No judgmentβ€”just curious where everyone’s at today)

@Stacey Anderson Very well said! I think it's all fascinating. I get some great output, but some gets overwhelming because of all the options. When I actually choose a path and act. That's where I'm trying to focus now. I'm so excited to lean better ways to use this. So - I'm probably a 3.

@Stacey Anderson I've been using Chat to create informational content on my mentorship group - to post as a one page website. I've also used it to create a SKU list of my handbag line - that was very helpful and saved me hours! I need to figure out how to use it to help me create a website so I can launch it. I'm also curious to see if I can input my house drawings to get a 3D rendering of my concept. Chat says it can, but I haven't tried it yet (my drawings are almost done) OOPS! That's 3!!!
⚠️ The Biggest Mistake Entrepreneurs Make With AI
The biggest mistake entrepreneurs make with AI is simple. They chase tools instead of results. They try a dozen platforms. Test random prompts. Consume endless AI content. And still never build a real advantage. That is where people get stuck. Because AI is not about knowing every tool. It is about using the right AI to buy back time, reduce overwhelm, and create more leverage in the parts of the business that matter most. That is the shift. The entrepreneurs pulling ahead are not using AI to create more noise. They are using it to create more time. More time to think. More time to lead. More time to build. More time to focus on growth instead of getting buried in repetitive work. That is what most people miss. They use AI like a novelty instead of a system. They generate content faster, but do not improve workflow. They move quicker, but not smarter. They add output, but not leverage. And without leverage, speed just creates more chaos. The real opportunity with AI is not doing more for the sake of more. It is using AI to simplify work, shorten cycle time, improve marketing and sales execution, and remove the manual tasks that steal hours every week. That is why this matters now. AI is moving fast, but entrepreneurs do not need every update, every hack, or every new tool. They need a clear path to use AI in ways that actually improve how they operate. So the mistake is not ignoring AI completely. The mistake is using AI in a scattered way that keeps people busy instead of making them better. The entrepreneurs who win with AI will be the ones who stop asking, β€œWhat tool should I try next?” And start asking, β€œHow can I use AI to get back time and multiply what I can do?” That is where the real advantage begins.

OK - you are talking about me! I'm the "They" you referred to above. "They use AI like a novelty instead of a system. They generate content faster, but do not improve workflow. They move quicker, but not smarter. They add output, but not leverage. And without leverage, speed just creates more chaos." Now I need to make that next step to gain back more time. Thanks for the call out!
What tools do you use? I started w ChatGPT, how many subscritpions do we need?
Hi - I'm Jeni. I'm in sales for the Architectural and Design community in Denver, plus am ready to launch a sustainable handbag line (cork and up-cycled banners), launched a mentorship group and am about to start a new house construction project. So I can use all the help I can get!
❓ The Question We See The Most About AI: β€œWhere Do I Even Start?”
It is one of the most common questions in business right now. Not, β€œWhat is the best tool?” Not, β€œWhat prompt should I use?” Not even, β€œWill AI replace this role?” It is this: Where do I even start? That question matters because it reveals where a lot of people really are. Not resistant. Not lazy. Not behind on purpose. Just overwhelmed. There is so much noise, so many tools, so many opinions, and so much pressure to catch up fast that people freeze before they begin. And that is the real risk. Not starting. Because in this moment, the people who build an advantage with AI are not always the most technical. They are the ones who start simple, learn quickly, and turn small wins into repeatable ways of working. They do not wait until they understand everything. They begin where the friction already is. That is the answer more people need. Start where work feels unnecessarily slow. Start where time keeps leaking. Start with the task that repeats every week and drains more energy than it should. Writing a first draft. Summarizing notes. Planning the week. Organizing ideas. Responding to common messages. Turning scattered thoughts into something usable. AI becomes valuable fastest when it solves a problem that is already costing time. That is why the starting point is not the tool. It is the friction. This is where a lot of people get stuck. They think they need a perfect system before they begin. They think they need to master prompting, understand every platform, and know the full strategy upfront. They do not. The best place to start is with one use case, one workflow, one recurring task that can be made faster, clearer, or easier. That creates momentum. Because once someone sees AI help them save 20 minutes on a task they do every week, the conversation changes. It stops feeling abstract. It stops feeling intimidating. It becomes practical. From there, confidence grows. Then experimentation gets better. Then adoption becomes intentional. That is how real progress happens.
