10 weeks agoI probably would've said chicken tenders, homemade fries, and collard greens, and some kind of dessert all made by somebody else. Today I'd go with a salad with mixed greens, cucumber, beets, tomatoes, avocado, red, or orange peppers, some lightly steamed broccoli, and roasted pecans; maybe some baked fries; and whatever fruit is in season and ripe.

They took away 1k of my "followers"
Yep, literally overnight on my old page on Instagram @eatmorelectric - which I once had over 30k almost 2 years ago. They have constantly chipped them away 5-10 people a day but now over 1,000 overnight. My own friends and family tell me they've had to "follow" me multiple times. Smh. Just last week, I got permanently banned on TikTok. I post the same exact thing on all of my channels, so I was baffled on why TT. Then, I was like oohhhh, this is what probably happened. There was a video of a young black boy who started his video off by crying saying kids at school are making fun of him because he makes girls purses out of crochet. Of course this video was viral. Many people commenting with positivity and wanting to support by buying the purses and sharing his post. Welp, I made a comment and told people that was clearly AI. Smh. It was a good video, but because I've been training myself on how to make realistic AI videos (not there yet) but I know what to look for. Next day I go to my account, I'm locked out. Moral of the Story: We own nothing! And at the same time, we have all that we need! :) Keep going!

Wow. Yeah I was sad when I found out the dancing cockatoo was AI. You're right though-at work and at home we must be wary of changing definitions of what we possess.

Secret agent
Every Monday and Friday I look forward to the next "assignment", even if I know my first reaction is going to be dread for about 5 minutes. Then I'm over it and figuring out how to make it work.
