I would like help with 2 and 4 too. How do you stay focused. I first started the gym because of weight loss then it became about getting stronger - I entered a competition - now I have no goal - and feel like I'm going through the motions along with the aches and pains. I'd like bigger defined muscles- but is that a goal? .

A big win for me was competing at the Best Down at 58 years young!. That was the biggest win for me on so many levels - first just signing up, second battling through some obstacles and 3rd competing and setting some records. In the past two weeks I am concentrating on eating and growing so I can put on more muscle. I want to see what this body is capable of. I have managed to grow a quarter inch to my calves and a half inch to my arms with the help of my amazing trainer!!
