I want to take a moment to thank @Nancy Burditt. I met Nancy at a local networking event here in Austin. The moment we met, I could tell we were going to work together somehow. 🎯 My Goal for October: Continue structuring my custom furniture business (+bonus goal - build a canoe) 🪞 Today: Still quite ill and had a physically laborious day at work and napped twice when I got home. Didn't really do much to progress my goal, but wanted to do at least something so set up a squarespace (I used to have one for my personal work a few years ago but I think my account expired after I took it offline for too long so need to start from scratch). I work better with visual stuff so have always been more motivated to populate and make that look nice than updating resumes and job experience. Hoping this will give some better momentum to get things rolling once I start populating it. 🚀 Next step: Want to start on the next step of the canoe build.I will be out of town friday-saturday to go to the Dallas state fair and my cousin's ranch so with a lot of drive and family time, I'll have very minimal screen time to do much else. Also shoutout to my awesome partner @Emmanuel Elijah for making his first post and coming up with our Team name and logo!
