Managing Lower Body sessions
Training will be Tuesdays & Thursday for myself. Practice games Saturday How do I manage leg day sessions? I don't see myself recovering in time before a training session. Or should i switch to full body sessions. Just doing 1 leg exercise per workout to help recovery Also best substitute for squatting exercises? I have knee tendinitis & in lost my ability to squat. Barbell Deadlift & squad Extensions?
First steps off a clearance/ stoppage
Hey all, Does anyone know the actual technique on the first few steps of sprinting off a stoppage. You want to be as explosive as possible & generate that force into the ground while being agile to evade opponents right... I realised that my first few steps have a very wide wing span if that makes sense, stretching my hammy all the way out to cover the most distance But doesn't that mean I'm taking longer to generate force at the start making my Acceleration slower Just need a bit of help- it's the 1 area I'm struggling with (Acceleration)

Guidence/assistance
Hey I'm trying to manage per week: 5× gym ( PPL, pyro/core, upper) 2× football craft sessions (usually training but club on break) 1× speed/agility 1× football oval fartlek training 3laps, 3 sets 1× 7km run - How to space this out to let your legs recover fully while having a leg day & 3 running sessions? - Is ppl not the right gym strategy or should it be more upper lower slits (i go between 4-8 reps for most exercises)?

@Josh Growden thanks for the info & sorry late response- had the flu Would rep ranges for whole body strength be 2-6 reps, 5 sets. Then involve light explosive exercise/movements after a set for power/ pyro?

@Josh Growden how many exercises/ total sets completed would you generally recommend for stength workout? At what point would doing an X amount of exerercises/total sets be counter productive or have little strength building stimulus
