Hey guys, was wondering if any coaches/players have any tips on how to become a better key forward. My set shots are as good as they can't be and my leading is pretty good aswell. I struggle to get up for contested marks, crashing packs and all that stuff. If anyone has any tips drills or recommendations i would really appreciate it

hi all i was wondering if anyone had any tips on going in hard and getting the hard ground balls i find that i have no confidence and i am timid to get the ball im not scared of getting hurt but i dont know what im scared of sometimes ill go in sometimes i wont thanks
