Hey all,
Does anyone know the actual technique on the first few steps of sprinting off a stoppage.
You want to be as explosive as possible & generate that force into the ground while being agile to evade opponents right...
I realised that my first few steps have a very wide wing span if that makes sense, stretching my hammy all the way out to cover the most distance
But doesn't that mean I'm taking longer to generate force at the start making my Acceleration slower
Just need a bit of help- it's the 1 area I'm struggling with (Acceleration)
