A little gift for parents, teachers and professionals ๐ฑโ
This week I released a free ebook in my own community, and I thought it might be helpful to share it here too, in case it supports more parents, carers and educators. โค๏ธ Itโs called โThe Secret Map of Executive Functionsโ. Itโs a very visual, storyโbased guide to things like: planning and getting started, working memory (why they โforgetโ midโtask), time and transitions, emotional regulation. I wrote it with neurodivergent brains in mind, but itโs also for the adults around them, parents, teachers, therapists, who are trying to understand whatโs happening underneath the behaviours. Instead of a clinical PDF, I wanted it to feel like an illustrated map you can see and talk about with your child, your partner, your students, or even just with yourself at the end of a hard day. If you feel it could be useful, youโre very welcome to download it and use it in whatever way supports your family or your work with kids. Thank you, Ellie, for holding such a beautiful space here and for letting me share this with your community.โค๏ธ ๐ฅ Direct download link for the ebook: The Secret Map of Executive Functions
