One of the most profound parts of the MASSAAH'G Bodywork and Coaching experience has been learning to feel safe in relationship with others, gradually rebuilding my capacity for true intimacy and trust with myself. After my years of challenges and carrying the weight of past hurts, letting my guard down and breaking down the barriers of Hypervigilance for Survival felt nearly impossible. The fear of being hurt, abandoned, rejected, cast aside, or dismissed again and again—or perhaps even worse—stood as a constant barrier in my Mind, manifesting in my Body the Pain of my Soul in my not-self Life theme. Through goal-based hypnotherapy and the evidence of success provided by biofeedback therapy, I began the process of clearing the old patterns of mistrust and self-protection that kept me closed off, finding new strength in vulnerability. This work is designed to help build a foundation for healthy, open communication and Self-Trust helping me connect with and fulfill my own needs. This is a reminder that true intimacy begins with US First. Practicing these techniques gave me space to release physical and emotional tension, making room for openness and renewal, while providing myself with the healing tools my body needs to facilitate and support these changes on a cellular level. Spiritually, MASSAAH'G guided me to find alignment and connection beyond myself, helping me see that intimacy is not only about connecting with others; It's connecting deeply with myself and my Lord God Source Creator of the Universe. Godly Hypnosis, Meditation for Spiritual guidance and reflective journaling allowed me to strengthen my trust in this God-Gifted-JOURNEY, not only wondering if I CAN do it; but KNOWING this is exactly how I was designed to be successful within the Image of God. I took a 'behind-the-mind of Walt' leadership tour of Magic Kingdom, and I had to share these insights with you. Picture this scene for a moment... ... It's 1955, and Walt Disney is standing in an orange grove in Florida, looking at nothing but swampland and citrus trees. While others saw mosquitos and maintenance headaches, Walt saw something different – he saw possibility. The most fascinating part of the tour wasn't the hidden tunnels beneath the park (though i bet those are incredible!)... It was learning how Walt's leadership principles are still alive in every brick, every interaction, and every decision made at the park. Here are three insights that deeply resonated: 1️⃣ Start with the End in Mind Walt didn't just build attractions; he created experiences. Before a single blueprint was drawn, he would ask his team, "How will this make people feel?" He understood that rollercoasters weren't just about the thrill – they were about creating memories that would last generations. 2️⃣ Failure Is Just a Plot Twist Did you know that before Mickey Mouse, Walt created a character called Oswald the Lucky Rabbit? In 1928, Walt lost the rights to Oswald to Universal Studios – a devastating blow that could have ended his career. Instead of giving up, he turned that setback into the catalyst for creating Mickey Mouse on a train ride home. The mouse that built an empire was born from one of Walt's biggest failures. Its a pleasant reminder that our greatest setbacks often set us up for our greatest comebacks. 3️⃣ Innovation Requires Courage When Walt proposed building Disneyland, people thought he was crazy. His brother Roy asked, "Why would a movie studio build an amusement park?" But Walt understood something profound: The biggest opportunities often lie where others see impossibility.
