MASSAAH'G Problems 4: Discomfort with Trust

One of the most profound parts of the MASSAAH'G Bodywork and Coaching experience has been learning to feel safe in relationship with others, gradually rebuilding my capacity for true intimacy and trust with myself.

After my years of challenges and carrying the weight of past hurts, letting my guard down and breaking down the barriers of Hypervigilance for Survival felt nearly impossible. The fear of being hurt, abandoned, rejected, cast aside, or dismissed again and again—or perhaps even worse—stood as a constant barrier in my Mind, manifesting in my Body the Pain of my Soul in my not-self Life theme.

Through goal-based hypnotherapy and the evidence of success provided by biofeedback therapy, I began the process of clearing the old patterns of mistrust and self-protection that kept me closed off, finding new strength in vulnerability. This work is designed to help build a foundation for healthy, open communication and Self-Trust helping me connect with and fulfill my own needs.

This is a reminder that true intimacy begins with US First. Practicing these techniques gave me space to release physical and emotional tension, making room for openness and renewal, while providing myself with the healing tools my body needs to facilitate and support these changes on a cellular level.

Spiritually, MASSAAH'G guided me to find alignment and connection beyond myself, helping me see that intimacy is not only about connecting with others; It's connecting deeply with myself and my Lord God Source Creator of the Universe. Godly Hypnosis, Meditation for Spiritual guidance and reflective journaling allowed me to strengthen my trust in this God-Gifted-JOURNEY, not only wondering if I CAN do it; but KNOWING this is exactly how I was designed to be successful within the Image of God.
