Major Auction Haul: 37 Pallets of Industrial Electrical Components!
Just landed the biggest buys ever from a recent auction: a massive 37-pallet lot of industrial electrical components straight out of Kolding Denmark. I won the lot for $6,250 USD (ex VAT) — a serious investment, but with a serious upside. To give this a proper home (and room to scale!), I’ve just rented a 35 m² heated garage to handle the overflow and to streamline sorting, storing, and listing everything. The next step is to pick up the items in 2 vans - start processing, batching, and listing the inventory on eBay. The crazy part? Based on conservative estimates, I expect to multiply this investment by at least 12–15x over the next year as things get listed and sold. That means potentially turning this buy into over $75,000–$93,000 sales value, piece by piece! Maybe even more, I'll know more when I get my hands on the stock itself. This is exactly the type of deal that makes running KLJ Trading so exciting — constant problem-solving, scaling challenges, and, of course, big opportunities. Looking forward to sharing more behind-the-scenes updates as the process unfolds and diving deeper into workflow automation to handle the volume. Exciting times ahead!

@Klaus Jørgensen Does this mean you inventoried all of the stock ?

@Klaus Jørgensen How are you factoring in the cost of renting the warehouse? Are you spreading the costs across all products and baked into the selling prices?
✅ Finally Got My 2 eBay Stores Back After a Permanent MC011 Suspension
It’s been a tough journey dealing with the MC011 permanent suspension, but after patience, proper appeals, and staying persistent, I finally got both of my eBay stores reinstated. This experience taught me a lot about compliance, account health, and how important it is to stay aligned with eBay policies as a long-term business owner. Now I’m back, stronger and more focused than ever. 💪 👉 Have you ever dealt with an account suspension before? 👉 What’s been your toughest challenge as an eBay seller?

Congratulations on getting your stores back. My account ,recently on October 20th, evaluated to Top Rated after a year at Below Standard due to too many out of stock items and shipping a bunch of orders with stamps instead of tracking numbers. I also manage sometimes IP claims from VERO to counterfeit policy items.
Skynet is working for me... what times to be alive !
Comet Browser has become a game-changer for eBay sellers who want to streamline daily listing maintenance—what I call “eBay gardening”. Instead of doing repetitive adjustments manually, Comet now lets me automate these essential tasks with just a single prompt after opening an item page. Automated eBay “Gardening” with Comet Browser - Open any eBay item page and prompt Comet to “garden” the listing—no coding or complex workflows needed. - Comet will automatically crop photos, fill out missing item specifics, adjust prices based on real-time market data, and update descriptions or conditions if improvements are detected. - This workflow saves hours every week, keeps listings competitive, and reduces the risk of overlooked errors or outdated info. - The tool acts like a virtual assistant: review, approve, and deploy changes in, making high-volume selling much more manageable. - Only issue that it takes some time, Comet works well and dedicated but needs time to do its magic. For anyone running a large eBay inventory, automation like this isn’t just a time-saver—it’s how you keep your digital storefront in peak shape every day. Has anyone else automated their “gardening” routine or tried letting Comet handle the heavy lifting? Here's the prompt I am using at the moment - having 10 tabs open in order for Comet to work for me while I do other eBay stuff: "Garden this eBay listing: - Crop and optimize all item photos for eBay standards - Fill out missing or incomplete item specifics - Adjust the price to match current market value for comparable sold items - Review and update the description and condition so everything is accurate and buyer-friendlyBUT: Do not press ‘Revise’ or finalize the listing. Wait for my review and approval before saving or submitting any changes.” Or even better - in JSON format { "task": "Garden this listing", "steps": [ "Crop and optimize all item photos for eBay standards", "Fill out missing or incomplete item specifics",

This is incredible and helpful. Utilizing AI as an assistant is a game changer. I haven’t used Comet Browser. I am mostly using ChatGPT to strategize and creating Python code to automate tasks that would required much longer to complete manually. On October 20th my eBay account where I sell media will be evaluated as Above Standard after one year of having been Below Standard. I will be ramping up the listings. Right I bulk upload everything via CSV to Sellbrite , this in turn creates products , listings are created from the products and pushed to each of the channels like eBay , Walmart and Amazon. I optimized most of my listing already but if I need to garden listings this how I would do it. Thanks Klaus , appreciate you sharing which tools are working best for you.

🚀 How I Use Copilot to Find Auction Gold for eBay Flipping
Hey resellers 👋 I wanted to share one of my favorite sourcing hacks—using Microsoft Copilot to analyze auction lots and uncover hidden gems with serious flip potential. Before I used my own custom script in Perplexity, but using Copilot is actually faster and more convenient. 🧠 What Copilot Does for Me: I feed it a link to an auction by opening a tab in the browser (like this university surplus auction), and it helps me: - 🔍 Identify each item (brand, model, specs) - 💰 Estimate resale value on eBay or niche platforms - 📉 Recommend a safe max bid to hit 3× ROI after fees - 📦 Break down shipping costs (parcel vs. pallet) - 📊 Calculate net profit after eBay fees, managed payments, and logistics - ⚠️ Flag risky or slow-moving lots so I avoid dead inventory 🧪 Example: Lot 102 – VWR Autoclave - Resale: DKK 6,000–8,000 - Max bid: DKK 1,200 - Net profit after shipping & fees: ~DKK 4,000 - Flip potential: ⭐ High - Why? Strong demand in lab resale, compact enough for pallet shipping, fast turnover 📋 I Also Get: - A summary table of all lots with resale value, bid cap, and flip rating - Risk grades (returns, faults, shipping complexity) - Days-to-sell estimates based on eBay history - Suggestions for bundling or local pickup strategies 💡 Why It Works: Copilot doesn’t just scrape data—it understands resale logic. It knows how to factor in fees, shipping, and market demand. I use it to build my bidding strategy before the auction closes, and it’s saved me from overpaying more than once.

How are you creating the prompt for those results? Are you writing all the metrics in JSON ?
