This one was straight from our Heavenly Father Yall. Wow did he move. 🙌🏼🤍 Graceful Move (which is our IMTR Company) had the opportunity to meet a new investor Tuesday. We explained how IMTR is a Different approach to serving families in need and creating a new Legacy for your family. These homes were so special and a perfect fit for IMTR. We were also surprised to find out they were right next to each other as it was a father and son’s homes. We secured both homes and will finish signing agreements this month and getting started on our new homes. Lord thank you for the opportunity to partner with you and serving families at a higher level. It’s in your identity that you call us higher and to bring people with us, that’s part of being your light and having your light in us. We are so grateful to have you lead us in serving families. We just received are first long term guest from Airbnb! The gentleman was in love with our property and selected to stay for two months. Thanks to the Vetted Homes model we were able to properly furnish our home to accommodate the needs of or guests. We appreciate the all the guidance and support everyone in the Vetted Homes community offers.

I just got my first booking!! One month for a family that has been in a hotel for 2 months. They have water damage from a leak. I’m so happy to be able to help! They said it’s close to their current home and family and they need the home office!! Winning!!

We’re officially 100% booked for the next month for both our properties, using the VH formula! Now that I’ve had back-to-back wins, time to start increasing the prices, too. 🤑 The VH formula for me was was ridding myself of the nerves of setting the minimum booking to at least 14 nights and even 28 nights. The other key was changing from instant book to inquiry only on Airbnb. Oh, one more thing: shamelessly ripping off the titles and verbiage for my listings from y’all here in this AWESOME VH Community! 🥳 Sidebar note: Today’s booking wasn’t an insurance booking. She’s a Duke Hospital liver transplant patient. My first house was for somebody whose house flooded, and now somebody with a life-changing medical procedure. Wow, this is REALLY amazing to get to help in both kinds of ways!! 🥰
