🤩Update & Win: We just signed a 12 month lease for a corporate client for our Louisiana home. Since we started last year and had our first insurance booking, we had really been struggling getting insurance leads and inquiries. Since April, we maybe got 3 insurance leads. Not sure why & also still trying to learn the market the home is in. Summer months I fell back on some shorter stays, and was able to acomodate some corporate clients. This lead found me on zillow, 1 person, no pets. We negotiated a price for 12 months. This is my only property so feels funny booking it up but also a blessing!🥂

Has anyone heard of or done business with Hard Hat Housing Company? 👷They are a nationwide company placing construction workers in mid-term rentals. Seems like a good company so far!

Watching the Jesse Vasquez YouTube podcast with the Davenports tonight. Just came out an hour ago. Always interesting to hear how experienced operators are thinking about the insurance MTR space. @Jason Davenport @Kellie Davenport

Great conversations. Starbucks gift cards, Vetted Homes hats flying out at the raffle, and a room full of people already asking when the next one is. 😉 This is what the Vetted Homes community looks like. We are so grateful for every single one of you who showed up. ❤️ A special thank you to our son, Tytus, for capturing some incredible footage from the evening!
