Any Suggestions on getting leads/bookings
Hey VH fam! Our home has been vacant since March 31. 😩Looking for advice on what you’ve done….I haven’t gotten any insurance leads. I know it can be a waiting game but curious what y’all do while waiting?! I am on Airbnb but didn’t originally want to book that out in case I got an insurance booking. I’m on all the platforms through Vetted. (For context, we just transitioned our house last August from ltr to iMTR. We got blessed with an insurance booking which lasted 6.5 months..still testing out this area in Louisiana)

@Jason McClure - First few weeks, I was set at 30 day but lowered it to 7 day just to see. Yes, I have four 5 star reviews from back in August & September before I got the insurance booking.
Congrats to the New 100% Owners =)
Hey guys, we wanted to share something with the community tonight. First off, we just want to say how much we love VETTED and genuinely love all of you guys in this group. Honestly, if this were just one big hangout party with friends talking iMTRs and deals, we would probably never leave. 😂 But the reality is, there’s a massive amount of backend work that comes with running a business like this — social media, marketing, sales, managing employees, operations, customer support, all of it. It really is an active business no matter how you slice it. And the reason we’ve always loved iMTRs so much is because we intentionally built our life around freedom, flexibility, and more passive income. With five little kids that we homeschool and the tons of travel already planned this year, we realized we wanted to simplify and focus more on the lifestyle that made us scream iMTR from the rooftops. So after a lot of thought and being led by peace, we decided to sell our half of VETTED to the Davenports. We truly believe they have the time, energy, and vision to pour into this community and continue growing it, and we’re excited for them to reap the reward of that investment and hard work. It was in fact their idea and their passion for teaching others that launched VETTED to begin with. That said — we are absolutely still in the RE space. We WILL ALWAYS love VETTED. We’ll still be inside SKOOL, still popping into calls from time to time, and still cheering everyone on. It just won’t compete with Marvel Blaze for our “baby” anymore. 😀😊 And of course, if any of you ever want to reach out to partner on deals, buy properties together… collaborate, brainstorm, or just stay connected — we are always all ears. Love you guys and we’re genuinely grateful for all the friendships and relationships that came from this community. 💕

What do you charge for pet fee for cats
Hello all. I know we have discussed this topic before, and there are differing views and experiences. If you allow cats, what fees do you charge?

I’m a newbie to all of this. We just had our first insurance stay that began w 2 weeks- 6.5 months. They had 1 cat & 1 dog. I charged $250 per animal per month. This family was very clean. We had our cleaner come in after 2 1/2 months to do a clean and check everything. I will say there was a lot, a lot of hair to clean & that took the longest. I had to replace more linen items than expected. I don’t know if hair was from the dog or both animals. Looking back I probably won’t allow cats just because of the hair issue or I will charge a bigger fee.
