HELP!
Not a complaint at all because they do the job when needed, but how do I stop this happening to Jaspers gloves? I don’t think Jasp is that extreme in goal that he’s doing something, or maybe he is, but every pair of gloves seem to go the same way- peeling from the bottom or holes in the middle. I’m cleaning and looking after according to all the instructions- please HELP, I'm loosing sleep over glove care! 😆😫
HELP!

Looks like using the palms to get up, practice getting up without using palms, use fists etc, the gloves will thank you for it 👐🏻

Proud mum moment
Theo went along to an assessment for the Tonbridge & Malling football squad and came home thinking he hadn’t played his best… so we definitely weren’t expecting the message we got afterwards! He’s been offered a squad place in their Primary Representative Team! 🧤⚽️💙 He was absolutely buzzing when we told him, and we’re so, so proud of him. He’s put a lot of time and effort into his football and especially into developing as a goalkeeper, so it’s lovely to see that hard work paying off. Another little step in his football journey and, most importantly, another opportunity for him to learn, improve and enjoy doing something he loves. Well done, Theo. We’re ridiculously proud of you ❤️⚽️

Looking for a new team
Hi everyone, I just wanted to update you all that after a long search I'm will be moving to a new club, this club is in the lowest tier in my age group because it'sa new U19 team, but the problem is that in my country there is not a lot of professional teams, so basically if I want to be a pro I need to get a trial on another country... So If someone can help me find an U19 team in any place that can offer me a trial I will really appreciate it🙏 (by the way im turning 18 on January so I can only play at U19 or older teams...)

Good luck
2 keepers at u14
Hi everyone During the summer my lad's Sat club told us they would be bringing in a second keeper and playing a half each. Son has only returned to keeping a year and we decided to leave and drop down a division to play the full game for his development. Lad was gutted with how he was treated. His Sunday team asked for early commitment during the summer, some lads were trialling elsewhere etc and they only wanted people committed to the team. We committed and paid subs for the year. Now they are a trialling a second keeper. They haven't said anything to us about it and how it would impact on his playing time etc. Would you expect coaches to speak to us? Should we speak to them? Just let things play out? Was a lot of money and is a lot of travelling etc. They may not sign him but shows they are looking for a 2nd keeper. GK is such a confidence position. You need the confidence of the coaches and this is not what you need just before the season starts. What does the community think? Thanks

@José Carlos Cimorra for me it's the common sense approach, especially as things progress. I was at a semi pro academy as a GK coach for several years, and I'm now at a professional club (in the championship) in the same role, for me competition will always produce better goalkeepers
