Hey, with the call list tab gone, when i search a number the transcript and recording info doesn't pop up anymore, it just adjusts these analytics. How do we review calls now?

How to log in now? From Lead Indicator agency owner
Hi All :) I have been MIA for a bit caring for some familial issues. I am back but seems I can't log in to either assistable or leadindicator, it seems my account may have gotten lost in the shuffle of aquisition? Can anyone help me without how to log in? I tried and it did not recognize my email

AI Assistant booking incorrect time.
Had one assistant that booked a time with a lead for Saturday even though the connected calendar doesn't have Saturday as an opening time. It is using a Multi Calendar Matrix system. But never ran into the issue before and none of the calendar in the matrix have Saturday as an option. Would love help on this as the client was really frustrated with this. Here’s what I recommend checking: - Open each calendar in the matrix and confirm that Saturdays are fully disabled in their availability settings. - Verify that the assistant is referencing the correct meta data source for availability (per the booking protocol guidelines) so it doesn’t bypass matrix restrictions. - Re-sync the connected calendars in Assistable to clear any cached or outdated availability data. If after these steps the AI still offers Saturday slots, we may need to review the assistant’s booking prompt and ensure it’s using the proper ā€œavailability check before suggestingā€ instructions to prevent it from offering off-limit times. VOICE WIDGET ORB SHAPE AND APEARANCE
I trust that everyone is doing well! Is it possible to change the shape or appearance of the Voice Orb? I asked CHATGPT and it is says yes! Would it be possible to make these changes as per the clients wants and needs? I can sell that! At an additional fee of course, or possible to outsource this with the proper permissions please? Agent saying punctuation plus other issues
My voice agent says ā€œdotā€ after emails and ā€œquestion markā€ after certain questions. Agent is also hung up on the verifying time zone even though the context is a very regional one. Also, it doesn’t hang up in a natural way when the caller disrupts the agents flow (ie corrects a booking address). It just sorta sits there. My prompt is a proven one but this started a happening today. Thoughts?
