Success isn’t about striving harder...
Today’s verse — Proverbs 16:3 (NIV) “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.” When you place your work, leadership, and daily decisions in God’s hands, He brings direction and stability. Success isn’t about striving harder—it’s about aligning your efforts with His guidance. Live this today - Begin your tasks with a simple prayer of surrender. - Trust God to shape outcomes, even if they don’t match your expectations. - Lead with confidence, knowing your plans rest in His care. “Lord, I commit my work and leadership to You today. Guide my steps and establish the path You want me to walk. Amen.”

Yes! Love this verse!
Faithful leadership isn’t wasted effort.
Today’s verse — 1 Corinthians 15:58 (NIV) “Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.” Faithful leadership isn’t wasted effort. Even when progress feels slow or unseen, God promises that every act of service counts. Standing firm means staying steady in both trials and triumphs, trusting that your work has eternal impact. Live this today - Stand steady in one area where you feel shaken. - Pour yourself into your work as service, not striving. - Remember: unseen seeds will one day bear fruit. “Lord, anchor me in Your purpose. Help me serve fully, knowing nothing done for You is ever wasted. Amen.”

Day 18 - Do you have more than you can handle?
If you're feeling overwhelmed that is a good thing. I know you probably are thinking, 'Wait a minute Larry! Doesn't God tell us he won't give us more than we can handle?' No he doesn't. That idea is totally opposite of reality. In fact when you face challenges you cannot bear and cry out to God saying it is too much. His response is 'No it's not.' In the moment of our weakness is when we reach the end of our resources - this is when we let go and let God take over. Here is the verse that is often misinterpreted as God won't given us more than we can handle. 1 Corinthians 10:13 NIV [13] No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. This verse references temptations not everyday challenges, struggles, loses...etc. What are you carrying today that is too heavy? Ask and God will help you- you don't have to go it alone!

Good reminder!
What would Jesus undo?
In Nehemiah 6:3 NIV, Nehemiah was relentless. As indifferent onlookers attempted to sway Nehemiah and ask him to come down from his project, Nehemiah made his tenacity known. … “I am carrying on a great project and cannot go down. Why should the work stop while I leave it and go down to you?” What are you feeling indifferent about today? Is Jesus calling you to get involved in 'a great project' that could change the world?
