Name the Season
Have I told you lately how much I hate winter
This bas been the worst winter for snowfall in our city in over 40 years. Oh joy!!!
If it weren't for my 6 grandkids we would be living on a warm sunny beach somewhere.
Now as I look back on the seasons of my leadership journey there were times I didn't understand what 'season' I was in and it cost me dearly!
One of the most freeing leadership moves is correctly naming the season you’re in.
Not every season is for building or pushing.
