When should you start weighted calisthenics
I can do 20 dips and 6-7 pull ups how many dips and pull ups should I be able to do for weighted calisthenics

20 dips is great. I think you can move on to weighted dips if you’de like to. Pull ups are also good. If you want yo increase it then you can always do some negatives after your proper ones. And also stay consistent with it, hope this can help.
Diet fatigue & slowed metabolism
if u are in a low calorie diet for too long, u get something called diet fatigue. this also slows down ur metabolism. for ex, if someone has been eating at 2000kcal for several months and now he is in diet fatigue and his metabolism is slowed down, he wont be burning the same amount of kcals despite working out and doing cardio. in this case, do you think this person should up his calories a little? his goal is to have a light bodyweight so that he can still train statics.

Yeah, increasing calories slightly might actually help in the long run. If the metabolism has slowed down due to prolonged low intake, adding some calories (especially from quality sources) could restore energy levels and performance without necessarily gaining fat. A slight calorie increase combined with proper training might even improve strength-to-weight ratio. Have you ever tried a diet break or reverse dieting to counteract this?

Handstand
Hi guys, i am currently practicing a lot my handstands and hspu, but I am interested in improving my control of the handstand, either holding or doing push ups, I feel that sometimes i just fall very easy and I want to correct it

With my personal experience i can advise you to try and grip the floor when doing a handstand. That way you can correct and push with your hands way easier. And for Handstandpush ups I am working on it myself right now. Just try to push your limits and if you cant do it anymore go over to elevated pike push ups ans then maybe add some normal pike push ups if you want to.
Skill vs. Strength – What’s More Important in Calisthenics?
Some athletes focus mainly on raw strength—weighted pull-ups, dips, and explosive power. Others prioritize skills like planche, front lever, and handstands. What do you think is more important in Calisthenics: pure strength or mastering advanced skills? And how do you balance both in your training?

@Pau Sorribas Good point! Strength is essential for both, but the type of strength differs. I like how you mentioned FL pull-ups and planche push-ups as exercises that train both static and dynamic strength. Starting with statics when fresh makes a lot of sense—do you structure your sessions with a fixed order, or do you sometimes switch it up based on how you feel?
