Calisthenics Tip Day 3 💎
Train according to your goals I cannot emphasize this enough People always thing "my training is good for X because Y" But they're training most likely is always training to failure and using other bodybuilding aspects So make to CLEAR what your goals are, write them down like 2025 goals Most importantly: How do you adapt your training to your goals? For strength and skills I'd recommend periodizing your training (I talk about that in day 2) For hypertrophy via weights and/or calisthenics bodybuilding style training is fine but program on deload once per 6-8 weeks (otherwise it's too late) and ensure you vary your rep ranges, volume and intensity (RPE) All for today I wish for your best progress -Orfeas Onasis

I’m trying to get my body in functional shape aesthetically apealling as well. So working on panache tucks, handstand holds, front levers, and dragon squats I’m using a Harness pulley device for less body weight to get the muscles synapse connected then hopefully the development of muscle and strength in those areas

Help with buying parallets?
I am looking for medium parallets becouse they can be used for harder skils to, when i will be at that stage. I want to buy them becouse of wrist support. The things i want are quality and not to expensive of a price. Thank you for your incomming recomemdation.

How I 2.5× my Pull-Ups in weeks 📈📈
Comeback Baby! Whoooooooooooooo Just did a max Pull-Up test: 20 full reps. After feeling superweak for 4 months now I am so happy. During that time of being sick on and off even one rep exhausted me sooo much and I was able to do about 6 and max 8, eventhough I was "healthy". In the last 2 weeks I took matters into my own hands again and did 3×10 Pull-ups twice a day, every day. I did 2 rest days after one week of pulling and now I have a higher rep count than I ever had for non weighted Pull-ups. You cannot understand how happy I am rn. The comeback will be legendary or as we germans would say: Das Comeback wird ehrenlos Let's get it 📈📈📈
