@Sean Ade , thanks for sharing this… does that mean you use two separate engineers for every single project? A geotechnical engineer for your foundations and a structural engineer for your main structure? How much do you pay a foundation engineer? Don’t you use your manufacturer’s design? Can you recommend an investor friendly foundation engineer in the Texas area? Thanks so much once again.

Manufactured Monday Updates

Happy Monday Morning! Just got back from my honeymoon late last night so I'll be getting caught up on everything today! I'm behind on posts and DM's so I'll be working through those today! If anyone is working through something and needs some help or if I missed anything from last week, please feel free to reach out! On my end- no major updates. I tried really hard to do as little work as possible during my honeymoon. Wasn't easy but it was worth it! I'll share some better updates later this week!
