Has anyone with a dealers license explored also selling directly to a potential home buyer. If a couple already owns land and they're looking at new mobile homes it seems like a guy with a dealer license could sell to them at a very steep discount, compared to a dealership...because I think the dealership ends up making around 50k after everything is done. That same dealer could even assist them in organizing all of the set up requirements. Land Home Package obviously would make more but what would the drawback be of doing both?
