Hi All, I am trying to make a summary of each GHL AI chatbot conversation after it ended so our client can see what type of questions get handled etc. Is there someone who has experience with this?

I’m am new here and starting my agency. Super grateful I found Robb and the team. I love the simplicity of this approach. I am starting my warm outreach this week hoping to get 1-2 trial clients so I can gather some social proof. Do we onboard free trial clients as if they are paying customers? Do we set up a phone number for them to do the texting, go through the A2P registration and all that? (I don’t really see another way to go about it). Just want to make sure I have my head wrapped around this before I start having conversations. Thank you!

I’m sending monthly invoices to clients for the first time from GHL. It won’t let me send to the company name it’s wanting to send to an individual. Am I doing something wrong or does somebody know a work around? Sorry for such a basic question but I’m new to GHL and trying to get away for the holidays and don’t have time to research it.

I would welcome some help here. 1. I had not discovered that HL charge $97pm per ai agent (telephone agent), that is my mistake and it has changed my business model. 2. HL are offering me a free ai agent for my sub account and a free account set up package (normally $299 set fee), if I cancel my free trial and immediately start a paying membership ($297pm). Are there any alternatives to HL telephone agents that I should consider, that can connect with HL and much cheaper or should I stick with HL and pass this cost directly on to the end client? Should I start paying HL membership immediately ($297pm) and accept the free Basic Set Up offer or alternatively use the remaining free trial days and trust in the Agency Masters Elite to take me through this?
