I work as a server, I want to work with Roofers. What is the best way to find emails to build a lead list?

I’m sending monthly invoices to clients for the first time from GHL. It won’t let me send to the company name it’s wanting to send to an individual. Am I doing something wrong or does somebody know a work around? Sorry for such a basic question but I’m new to GHL and trying to get away for the holidays and don’t have time to research it.
