What makes a business grow
Going from $0 to $150k per month in e-commerce by December. Iโ€™d love to hear your tips and advice! What strategies, tools, or platforms have worked best for you? Any pitfalls to avoid or key lessons learned? Thanks in advance for sharing your wisdom!
I need insight
Hello everyone, Iโ€™m interested in starting an eCommerce business and would love to hear your thoughts. Which niches do you think are the most promising right now, and what tips or advice would you recommend for someone just getting started?

@Enoch Adebisi okay. I am currently in the health, wellness and fitness niche. I sell inflatable prenatal mats. Itโ€™s just a way to test and see what works.
Letโ€™s Talk About Getting Leads (Without Burning Out or Wasting Money)
One of the biggest challenges we all face is consistently getting qualified leads. Without leads, everything else (your offers, your systems, your product) doesnโ€™t matter much. Here are a few principles that have helped me (and Iโ€™d love to hear yours too): 1. Clarity beats Complexity: The sharper your offer and target audience, the easier lead generation becomes. Instead of trying to speak to โ€œeveryone,โ€ make your message impossible to ignore for someone. 2. Lead with value: People guard their attention. If your free content, lead magnet, or consultation already gives them an โ€œahaโ€ moment, theyโ€™ll naturally want more. 3. Leverage Multiple Streams: Organic content (posts, short videos, blogs), Partnerships/collabs, Paid ads. 4. Build Trust Early: A simple testimonial, a case study, or even sharing your own journey works better than pushy tactics. People donโ€™t just buy solutions, they buy trust. Whatโ€™s your #1 go-to method for generating leads right now? Do you lean more on organic strategies, paid ads, or referrals? And what strategies would be best with e-commerce

๐Ÿ“š How has taking action taught you more than reading about it?
Reflect on Alex Hormozi's realization that real learning comes from doing rather than just reading. Consider a time when engaging in actual activities, like Hormoziโ€™s sales calls, provided you with deeper understanding or skills compared to just reading or studying about it. Share your experience in action-driven learning in the comments below. Keep your response between 25 to 100 words. Then, engage by commenting on 2 different posts, and make sure to like 3 posts that inspire or challenge you! Taking action = real learning. You get the privilege to make mistakes and correct your course. No matter how much you just sit and learn about a thing, mistakes are inevitable, this approach just delays the inevitable. The quicker you fail, the better.

I learned that your offer is simply the way you position your product/service. It should crafted in a way that makes seem like an offer too good to miss out on.
