💡 Entrepreneurs: Is Your Business Growing Faster Than Your Energy Can Keep Up?
When you're building a business, it's easy to focus on launches, sales, customer acquisition, and hitting the next milestone. But there's one thing you can't scale by simply adding more hours: your own energy. I've been thinking about how much easier it is to make good decisions when you're rested, focused, and not constantly switching between tasks. Here are a few simple habits worth building into your workday: - 🚶 Take short movement breaks. Step away from your desk between focused work sessions. - 💤 Protect your sleep. Late nights aren't always a sign of productivity if they leave you exhausted the next day. - 🧠 Reduce context switching. Group similar tasks together instead of jumping between messages, research, and projects every few minutes. - 📅 Schedule recovery like a real commitment. Breaks are part of a sustainable work routine, not a reward you only get after finishing everything. For practical support, Google Calendar can help you block out focused work and breaks, while Notion can organize your priorities. If you enjoy sharing ideas and connecting with people building projects online, Floment.ai is another platform worth exploring. You don't have to sacrifice your well-being to make progress. Sustainable routines can help you keep showing up for the long game. What's one healthy habit that has made the biggest difference in your productivity or ability to run your business?

There's Nothing New Under The Sun...
Is it true? There is NOTHING new under the 🌞sun. Are we just rinsing and repeating? with some 'New & Improved' version? Is it really improved. In my🌎 world of nutrition/ weight management. There are as many ways to 'diet'' as there are styles of silverware and dishes🍽️. After 30+ years in the health care business - yes, it s a business - Diets are repackaged and sold as the next greatest thing. Many are not just ridiculous and barbaric but very ⚠️dangerous! Every 2-3 years a 'new' way to lose weight comes out. Keto, Paleo, Intermittent Fasting, gadgets ...Would you believe people swallowed 🪱tapeworms to lose weight!? In the 90s people took pills that ultimately led to heart attacks for hundreds of people & untold #s had permanent damage to their lungs and hearts. It was call Phentermine..it was approved by the FDA in 1959 ( not a typo) 38 years later, in 1997, a $7 Billion💰 class action lawsuit was settled by that company...it is still on the market today!! Now, GLP-1, the shots,💉 they're all over the news, tv ads, FB ads, TikTok, hundreds of thousands of people are sticking themselves with needles all in the name of ''science'' a new breakthrough. The first GLP-1 shots approved by FDA for weight loss was in 2014. This week another version of the GLP-1s is being released calling it the ''Triple-G'' ( 3 different kinds of GLP-1s in a single shot!) What feels like “new science” is really just re-packaged shortcuts. And we won't know the devasting effects for another decade but I can guarantee it; there will be horrible after effects. When will people 💡 stop searching for the “new & improved.” & start applying what has always worked? Real food, Responsibility, Balance, and Mindset are what have always worked.
What is Alex Hormozi's C.L.O.S.E.R Framework?
The C.L.O.S.E.R Framework is a sales methodology developed by Alex Hormozi that breaks down the sales process into six distinct steps to streamline and improve the effectiveness of closing sales. Each letter in "C.L.O.S.E.R" stands for a specific part of the sales conversation: 🧐 C - Clarify why they are there: Understand the prospect's reason for engaging and what they hope to achieve. Set the context for the conversation to ensure both parties are on the same page. 🔖 L - Label them with a problem: Identify and label the specific problem the prospect is facing. This step helps in relating to the prospect's situation and establishing the salesperson as a knowledgeable and empathetic advisor. 😫 O - Overview their past pain: Discuss the past challenges and pains the prospect has experienced related to the problem. Highlighting these issues emphasizes the urgency and necessity for a solution. 🏖️ S - Sell them the vacation: Present the solution as a desirable and effective way to address the prospect’s problem and relieve their pain points. Make the solution compelling and attractive. ❓ E - Explain away their concerns: Address any objections or concerns the prospect might have about the solution. Provide reassurance and clarify any doubts to build confidence in the proposed solution. 💪 R - Reinforce their decision: Ensure the prospect feels confident and committed to their choice. Reiterate the benefits and confirm the prospect’s decision to move forward. The C.L.O.S.E.R Framework is structured to ensure each sales conversation is thorough and builds a strong case for the prospect to decide in favor of the proposed solution, resulting in a high likelihood of closing the sale.
