What I learned is that clients don’t just want solutions — they want to feel understood. So now, instead of saying: ❌ “How I help clients land 10 new leads in 30 days” I say: ✅ “Why your lead gen isn’t working — and what to fix today” This shift: - Builds trust before the pitch - Starts real conversations - Attracts people who actually want to work with me

so, being lazy, I try to offload as much work as I can. So, I asked ChatGPT to come up with a few ideas for video scripts, based on the format Jordan shared. What do you think? Video Topic 1: Identifying Product/Market Fit for Startups 1. The “You Hook”: "Do you wonder if your startup has found its product/market fit?" 2. The Intro: "Hi, I'm Adi, your Product/Market Fit detective from Adidacta.com." 3. The Promise Made: "Today, I'm going to share the key signs that your startup is on its way to product/market fit." 4. Ok, maybe I'm going off on the deep end here... But doesn't it make sense that **most** people who see your "stuff" (videos, emails, whatever), will never become a client? So your biggest audience will always be the folks who don't pay you a penny. And that's OK. Because you can still influence them. Better yet, you can still help them! And that means you can help the world. While driving more than enough new business your way at the same time. That's a nice win-win eh? Time to get to work. Making these videos is FUN, the secret is just to get started. I'm 58 videos in and I'm refining my style and delivery with each one to the point where it takes me less than 30 minutes to do each daily video :) The first video will definitely hurt, and it will suck. Just record it and post. 3 months from now you'll be glad you did.
